- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look for a fair price for my work, the bigger the project, I could help a little more with some kind of discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first, ask how big the project is Then define if it is necessary to arrive to give an estimate (if I consider that it would be more than one day of work) or ask for pictures of what you need if it is small to give a quote if the job is big ask what your plan is and if you need it give my opinion
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
only ten years of experience in this job, I have also worked in other branches but in this I am a specialist
