FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No job is too small. We charge a one-time $100 service call, then simple flat pricing per item. For example: switch replacement $60 (total $160). Need more work? A new light starts at $120—and the more items we handle in one visit, the lower the overall cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For simple jobs like switch replacements or outlet troubleshooting, we can provide a rough estimate over the phone. Electrical issues can sometimes be more complex—such as wiring hidden inside walls—so the most accurate and fair pricing is done with an in-person estimate, especially for new customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an 8-month electrical trade school, then worked for a commercial electrical company installing new gas stations nationwide. I later worked under a licensed General Contractor in Temecula and Los Angeles, gaining over 5 years of hands-on residential and commercial experience.
