This was my first time using ThumbTack and I had a great experience! Andrew was very responsive on the app and very punctual to our appointment (he even arrived a few minutes earlier than our agreed upon time). We had a troubles with 2 switches in our house - he was able to fix the problem and explain the issues to us clearly and concisely. He also worked quickly and was done within an hour.
