JR ran a new line and installed an outlet higher up the same wall for a projector project. We ran into an issue where a little drywall was needed. He not only ran the electrical we asked for, he doubled the number of outlets for us, patched the drywall himself, he matched the paint and painted the wall. He kept the job site clean and tidy. Nice guy, easy to communicate with. Will hire again.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Joshua from JR Property Services. He did such an amazing job — from start to finish, everything was done with care, precision, and attention to detail. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work. What really stood out to me was his dedication. Even after getting injured, he still showed up early and worked hard to make sure everything was completed beautifully and on time. He even offered to come back the next day just to finish up a small paint touch-up — something I could have done myself, but it really showed his commitment to making sure everything was perfect. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Joshua was professional, honest, and so easy to work with.
