You can tell he truly takes pride in his work. What really stood out to me was his dedication. Even after getting injured, he still showed up early and worked hard to make sure everything was completed beautifully and on time. He even offered to come back the next day just to finish up a small paint touch-up — something I could have done myself, but it really showed his commitment to making sure everything was perfect.
