For my safety and yours:
1. I’ll be wearing my face mask at all times I constantly carry hand sanitizer and spray alcohol it is for your safety and mine as well.
2. Keep in mind that I have to make Constant trips to my vehicle and the closer my vehicle is your location the quicker I’ll be done with the project and the sooner you’ll be able to resume normal activities.
3. If there is no other alternative to parking close to your location or the area looks unsafe I will have to cancel or reschedule for a better time.
4. Clear all personal items from the specific work areas my prices on projects are already discounted and I am focusing on speed and quality if I spend too much time on removing items it will affect my next upcoming appointments and I will be charging an additional $45 moving charge per project .
Minimum4 ft to 5ft clearance is recommended if possible.
5. If the project has to do with electrical work keep in mind there will be a power shut down and it might affect your computers or electronics make sure that on this day you will not be using your electronics or limit important dependency of your equipment.
6. If there’s small children or pets in the house I strongly advise to keep them in a separate area until the completion of the work, my work is a high risk of hazards and injuries can occur and I will not be responsible.

Israel is a life saver! We are trying to add some lights in the house so we turned off the power line for a little bit but we ended up with no power after turning back on - circuit breaker went kaput! One call to him just made the day. He came and did his job so efficiently and shared some tidbits along the way! I’m happy we got him to help us. A++ work installing a new outlet in our home so we could plug in a new washer and dryer. While on the job, Israel also offered to re-wire our doorbell and did a great job on that as well. Working with Morra was great. He knows what he is doing and works efficiently and has excellent communication skills. Israel was MORE than we could ask for. He was quick to respond when we first sent out the job inquiry on Thumbtack and chose him despite his much higher price, based on his professionalism in communication and his excellent reviews.
He methodically diagnosed our problem when several electric outlets in the kitchen did not work. He patiently explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He quickly fixed the problem.
I decided to ask him about our broken microwave/oven while he was there since he’s so kind and he offered to look at it for FREE and found the problem. He does not typically work on microwaves, but is so handy and took the time to research our problem and replaced the broken parts. We saved $2000 (cost to replace this particular microwave oven)!
We had him come back to replace our dimmer lights also. I even got advice from him about our smoke detectors.
We are definitely happy repeat customers. It is so refreshing to meet an honest, kind hearted, friendly and professional person. Recommending him to all friends and family!

Israel quickly fixed the wiring issue with our garbage disposal (despite the fact that whoever originally did the wiring in our home made his job more difficult). He's a great guy to work with and i'd definitely hire him again!
