FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing simple and honest. I do have a $120 booking/security fee to lock in the appointment and protect my time — but if you move forward with the job, I waive it 100%. I also offer: • Bundle discounts if you have multiple things to fix or install • Seasonal / special service discounts (worth keeping an eye out for) • Flat rates whenever possible so there are no surprise charges My goal is to give you fair pricing, high-quality work, and no games.
