- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Polar Is Electric offers fair, transparent, and competitive pricing with no hidden fees. We provide upfront estimates before any work begins, and we take the time to explain the cost of labor, materials, and possible options. For larger projects, we offer bundled pricing and cost-saving recommendations. Senior and military discounts are available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a detailed conversation to understand your electrical needs, followed by scheduling an on-site visit if necessary. Once we assess the project, we provide a clear estimate and timeline. After approval, we complete the work efficiently, safely, and with full communication throughout the process. When finished, we test everything thoroughly and make sure you’re satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed and certified electrician with extensive hands-on training in residential and commercial electrical systems. I’ve completed formal electrical coursework, safety training, and continuing education to stay updated on the latest electrical codes and technologies.
