I acquired this attorney office when I lost my job. I didn't feel I was terminated legally. I found out from my attorney what the laws are in California... We are a no fault state so they don't have to have a reason to terminate. However Michael Malk and his assistant Linda didn't give up on me they went over my tenure of nearly 20 yrs.
