I work closely with my clients to capture a shared vision. I specialize in portraiture and destination weddings, where my background in photojournalism helps me capture beautiful images that feel very natural. Whether it's a wedding, corporate headshot, a family portrait or a boudoir session, I help my subjects feel comfortable and at ease. My goal is to illuminate the best part of a person within any environment. I've been shooting for over 10 years and bring my experience and training to even the most simple of moments. I fell in love with photography when I was 15- developing photos in a temporary darkroom in my grandmother's basement one summer- it was magical to see the images appear. I picked up the wet paper and suddenly I was holding this moment in time and it was very beautiful. My cousin on a boat, in black and white, wind-blown. It was a beautiful memory, and it's one I can still hold. I love being able to capture moments for other people and create what I hope become timeless images.
