One trait that describes Roses & Reeds aka Natalie and her husband Johnny is paying attention to detail. Natalie and my wife Anne met overseas in Asia many years ago. Anne was always a fan of Natalie's photos, saying that they were beautiful, vintage, and artistic. Anne insisted that we hire Natalie to capture photos of our wedding day. Hiring Natalie and her husband Johnny to take our photos turned out to be one of the best decisions and one of the biggest reasons why our wedding was the best day for Anne and I. Natalie and her husband worked with us for months before the wedding started. She paid attention to detail, asking for the names of all of our families and friends in attendance. A few days before the wedding, Natalie and Johnny flew across the country, arriving early at the wedding venue. Natalie took photos of Anne and Johnny took photos of me, before Natalie took photos of both Anne and I and our guests. Again, Natalie paid attention to detail by giving specific instructions for Anne and I to look and pose, at specific locations in and around the venue. Natalie paid special attention to the lighting of the location. After our wedding ceremony, she was very patient as our guests (over 100) greeted us one by one and to be photographed by Natalie. After our guest photos were taken, Natalie took our sunset photos, again paying special attention to the lighting as sunset occured. She continued to do so during reception. After the wedding ended, she was quick to give us a sample of photos, despite her having to travel to 2 more weddings this same week. Thank you Natalie and Johnny for capturing every moment during our wedding. I truly could not say enough good things about working with Natalie and Johnny as our wedding photographers. Natalie has been there for us since the beginning- starting with our engagement photos that we LOVE. I saw her instagram and fell in love with her style and editing. She is as sweet as she is talented and truly so amazing to work with. She met with me prior to the wedding to go over the day's timeline to make sure everything day of went smoothly- and it did! And as far as our wedding photos go- our day was only a couple of weeks ago so I don't have the full album yet BUT she sent me so many sneak peak pictures only 2 days after the wedding!! This was the most amazing surprise to wake up to. I spent all morning crying happy tears with my new husband and my mom looking at the beautiful photos. I know our full album is going to be amazing!! I am in awe of how the photos turned out and am so glad the joy of the day will live on in these photos forever! Thank you Natalie and Johnny for capturing our day so beautifully! :)

My pricing is a bit below my competitors but that is because I believe in offering affordable photography and still being able to deliver amazing, life-long treasure of photos.

I would love to chat with you! It is important that I fully understand your vision and that our styles merge. I am always here to help and would love to hear more about your special day.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework! Each vendor is so different, and each event is so different too. You should feel 100% comfortable with your vendor and also have 100% trust for them.
