- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to do an initial discovery call where we identify where the client currently stands as well as identify what they’re looking to accomplish. In this initial appointment we create a profile to determine what needs have to be met and this allows me to put together a solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through the same schooling every person in field goes through to obtain my registrations. I also do ongoing education with all the different companies out there to ensure I’m providing my clients the best service possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the pursuit of gaining more knowledge on my own finances. Little did I know I would fall in love with educating others just like I was educated.
