- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and fair, based on the actual work needed. I don’t believe in hidden fees or pressure tactics. If repairs are recommended after an inspection, I clearly explain why and what options are available. In some cases, inspection costs and Sweeping costs can be credited toward approved repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation to understand the customer’s concerns. From there, I perform a thorough inspection and explain what I find in clear, simple terms. I provide photos when possible and offer honest recommendations. If work is needed, I give a straightforward estimate and timeline, and I make sure the customer feels comfortable before moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience in the chimney industry, working directly on inspections, sweeps, repairs, smoke chamber work, and exterior chimney maintenance. I stay up to date with industry best practices and always follow safety guidelines and manufacturer recommendations to ensure work is done correctly and safely.
