Mr. Hayati was an absolute professional, with such a kind and amicable personality! We had purchased a prefabricated 12x12 galvanized steel gazebo this past March. My Son and Brother attempted to install it, with little success. They made many errors and just gave up! I explained to Mr. Hayati that he would have to correct their mistakes to complete the install. I thought it was going to be a very costly fix. I was fully expecting him to modify his quote once he arrived onsite. To my surprise, Mr. Hayati inspected what had been done and said, “not a problem, I can fix it”, with the most pleasant smile and demeanor any customer could hope for! From that point forward, I was sold! My customer experience just got better and better from that point forward. He not only completed the installation in a timely manner and perfectly, but since we wanted the gazebo placed right below the eaves of the house (which do not have gutters), in the corner of the entrance to the backyard, with one side butted up to the exterior garage wall to install a television and also have direct access from the kitchen sliding glass doors on the other side, he said, he could return to install gutters on those sides of the gazebo to divert rain water from draining off the gazebo roof and damaging the exterior stucco walls and pooling in front of the patio doors! Mr. Hayati proactively solved a future anticipated problem! I retired with over 40 years of combined Customer Care experience, and I rarely come across service providers like Mr. Hayati who not only meet my customer satisfaction expectations relative to, personal demeanor, professionalism, expertise, and quality vs value of work performed, but he exceeded those expectations! Mr. Hayati has won this family over and I would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your professional Handyman/Construction needs! You will not be disappointed! 🫶🏽🙏🏽💯

Hayati is a true professional craftsman. Very organized & tackled this project alone with his tools and a ladder. He did an amazing job constructing my Yardistry gazebo! I couldn’t be happier. It looks fantastic and is very sturdy. It’s apparent he has completed many of these gazebos before. Pricing is very fair. He is also very pleasant and thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him!

Hayati is professional and friendly, and he did an excellent job! He installed the 9'x9' gazebo in my backyard perfectly at a very reasonable price. He measured and assembled all the pieces so accurately and quickly. I would definitely hire him again for future projects.
