- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, project requirements, materials, permitting, and overall complexity. We focus on providing accurate, well-planned estimates rather than guessing low numbers upfront. For larger renovations, ADUs, additions, and multi-trade construction projects, we believe clear scope and proper planning lead to better pricing and fewer surprises during construction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial conversation to understand the project, location, scope, and goals. From there, we schedule a site visit to review conditions, discuss ideas, and evaluate the next steps. Depending on the project, we then move into estimating, planning, permits, scheduling, and construction coordination. Our process is built around communication, documentation, and clear expectations from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring hands-on construction knowledge, project coordination experience, and licensed general contracting oversight to every project. Our work involves understanding multiple trades, jobsite sequencing, permitting, inspection requirements, and construction management. We stay focused on delivering code-compliant, professionally managed projects with attention to detail and accountability.
