AAA Trusted Builders is a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor (CSLB #1149282) serving Los Angeles and Orange County. We take on full home renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, ADUs and new construction: the projects where design decisions and construction decisions have to be made together.
What makes us different is where we come from. Our founder trained in interior design in Paris and spent a decade in design and construction before building AAA into a licensed general contractor. The finish you see in the plan is the finish you get on site, because materials, proportions and details are decided before the first wall comes down, not improvised after.
Every project runs on a clear written scope, a schedule and one point of contact. Work is performed by licensed, insured trade partners under our supervision, with permits and inspections handled for you.

In the past few years, as a result of a burst water pipe and the Eaton Fire, I have dealt with many contractors of all price points, specialties, and size. Adrian impressed me from the start with his responsiveness, clear communication, and efficient delivery of a detailed proposal and quote. We hired him for the remodel of a Jack & Jill bathroom, a tight, confounding space with too many doors and a strange configuration. Adrian visited the space and quickly responded with digital renderings (including a 3D model). He asked for our input and incorporated it seamlessly and faithfully, so that we quickly had an executable plan. Adrian worked with us to design and build a new bathroom that fit our budget and delivered all of the features and design elements we hoped for. Throughout the process, Adrian updated us daily and visited the site frequently to ensure everything unfolded according to plan.
I could not be happier with the final result, not can adequately express what a pleasure it was working with AAA. Adrian shouldered the burdens of construction stress and did so with unfailing charm and optimism. His dealings with us were always honest, and, if things hit a snag (as they always do in construction projects) Adrian reached out immediately and with a solution in hand.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have no doubt, because of his professionalism and skill, Adrian will be in high demand. He is a rarity in the remodeling industry and a gift to homeowners looking for competent, reliable, creative contractors

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, project requirements, materials, permitting, and overall complexity. We focus on providing accurate, well-planned estimates rather than guessing low numbers upfront. For larger renovations, ADUs, additions, and multi-trade construction projects, we believe clear scope and proper planning lead to better pricing and fewer surprises during construction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial conversation to understand the project, location, scope, and goals. From there, we schedule a site visit to review conditions, discuss ideas, and evaluate the next steps. Depending on the project, we then move into estimating, planning, permits, scheduling, and construction coordination. Our process is built around communication, documentation, and clear expectations from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder trained in interior design at the Ecole Bleue in Paris and spent a decade in design and construction, from Paris to Los Angeles, running projects from first sketch to final finish before building AAA into a licensed general contractor. That background is why our projects are planned around the finished result: materials, proportions and details are decided up front, then built to code with permits and inspections handled properly.
