Every home is different. Mine had over 40 years of deferred maintenance and came with a very "particular" client and delicate relations with the neighbors. We also could not have anticipated that the 3 weeks of non-stop rain would force everyone to rework already-stressed calendars, right after the team had performed a rigorous home "readiness" by mending spaces, replacing and reinforcing important framework, etc. There was a lot of work to do, and what a wonderful thing to have such capable and careful teams doing that work. When we bought our house, we didn't see a tear-down; we saw a home that had a ton of charm and unique character, but it needed attention. We've been careful to preserve and enhance everything about the home; sometimes we're restoring, other times we're demoing and changing out windows. At their best, this team is THE best. Absolutely wonderful to work with - big fan... would do it again.

We recently had the exterior of our house painted. It looks like a brand new home. Chris did a great job explaining the options and the process. Nacho and his crew were very friendly and detail oriented. Job was not rushed which I appreciate.Very satisfied with the end result.
