- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Double 88 Construction prides itself on offering competitive pricing coupled with quality service. It's important to note that all pricing is subject to change depending on the scope and size of the project. For a standard bathroom (measuring 5 ft x 8 ft), our price estimate starts at $12,500, compared to $15,000 charged by our competitors. This does not include all raw and finishing materials, (i.e. fixtures, vanity, toilet, glass door, flooring etc.). - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• After initial contact, a team member at Double 88 Construction will determine whether we are the right fit for your needs. • Then we will provide you with a free estimate for the job. If both parties decide to move forward with the project, the next step is a free in-home design meeting. A qualified team member from Double 88 Construction will visit your home to collaborate with you on design plans for your new space. • Next, our team members work on securing all necessary permits and approvals from the city that the project requires. • At this point, it’s time to start the project, partnering with you every step of the way and ensuring your vision is carried out. • Finally, it’s time to put the finishing details on the project to make it the space of your dreams. It’s our utmost priority to make sure that your new space meets your needs and matches your style.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tom Hannan, owner of Double 88 Construction, has extensive experience in construction. In Israel, where Tom is originally from, he learned about the construction industry from his father. Upon arriving in the US, Tom worked as a project manager for a high-end construction firm, where he refined his knowledge. He founded Double 88 Construction in 2016 and has been providing quality service to patrons since then. Tom obtained his general contractor’s license in the state of California . License # 1052973
