Our 1920s Pasadena home needed a new roof and two skylights. Elite removed three layers of old shingles, replaced damaged sheathing, installed asphalt shingles, and added Velux skylights. No leaks through spring rains. Crew was respectful of our historic neighborhood.

Needed a small paint job and some tiles replaced on my roof that had fallen off. Sent my request out to several places, Elite responded quickly, in fact they were the only one to respond. Overall I was extremely satisfied with their work. There was upsell but they weren't pushy. I'd recommend working with them on a project. Nathan was my main contact, he was friendly and professional.

Had Elite Team Builders build a large Ipe hardwood deck at our Irvine property and it is absolutely stunning. The grain, the color, the durability this wood is on another level. Their crew used corrosion-resistant stainless steel fasteners and engineered the entire frame with diagonal bracing for earthquake safety. A top-rated deck builder with expert installation skills.

Elite Team Builders remodeled our Irvine kitchen and it's stunning. White shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, and a huge island. They pulled permits with the City of Irvine and passed every inspection. The team used a group text for daily updates – so helpful. Clean, professional, on budget.
