Our Tarzana home needed new siding badly and Elite Team Builders came through with flying colors. They removed the old material, repaired the sheathing underneath, and installed James Hardie fiber cement boards that look fantastic. The stucco accents around the windows added a custom touch. This remodeling company knows what they are doing professional from beginning to end.

Finding a contractor in LA who actually shows up when they say they will is a challenge, so I'm glad we went with Nathan for our kitchen remodel. The project took few days longer than the initial estimate due to some background tile, but Nathan kept us in the loop the whole time which i appreciated. The craftsmanship on the custom island is top-tier and the crew was very respectful for our space while we are still living in the house. It wasn't the cheapest quote we got, but the quality of the finish work was worth the investment. Definitely a solid choice for anyone doing a major home renovation.

We wanted a low-maintenance deck for our Hermosa Beach home and Elite Team Builders recommended TimberTech composite decking. It was the right call it looks like real wood but requires zero upkeep. The installation was precise, with proper spacing and corrosion-resistant hardware throughout. This is the best deck builder in the South Bay, hands down.
