- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and structured. It starts with a quick call to understand your project, followed by a free in-home estimate where we review the space and discuss your goals. For bathroom remodels, we then move into a design development phase where we outline layout ideas, finishes, and a preliminary price range. Once everything is defined, we provide a detailed estimate with clear scope, timeline, and pricing. After approval, we schedule the project and handle everything from start to finish, keeping you updated along the way. Our goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and well-organized.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed general contractor in California with hands-on experience in residential remodeling, including bathroom and kitchen projects. Our work is built on practical, on-site experience — from planning and design through construction and finishing — with a strong focus on proper installation, waterproofing, and long-term durability. We stay up to date with current building standards and best practices to ensure every project is done correctly and built to last.
