The tub that this company put in over the shower we have was not properly installed and it cracked. This is a nice person and he offered to make it right but then when I cleared my entire schedule (I work from home) on the dates that he said he would come, he changed the days. He did refund $1000 but we paid several thousand dollars for this work and he left us with a tub that did not have a faucet! The bathroom should have been demoed and done properly and if he would have told me this, I would not have gone forward with the work. I now am trying to figure out whether I can safely seal around the tub and fix it myself or if I have to hire another contractor to totally gut it and do it correctly. I would use extreme caution in hiring this company. I had to hire in my plumber to put in a faucet and replace the shower head which he had said he would do.
