Finally a general contractor you can trust!!Erez was extremely knowledgeable about the process of ADU building and followed up through with all the commitments that were promised- getting the plans done, filling the permit, working with us on the materials, and keeping us updated throughout the construction process.Thank you guys !! Pacific Ocean Builders converted our detached garage to an ADU. We love it! Erez Cohen, who runs the company, was right there from the planning stages to the final inspection and beyond. The project involved digging about 180 linear feet of ditch for the new sewer line up to 9 feet deep. He delivered the project on time and on budget. Despite the notoriously difficult inspection process in Santa Monica, Erez passed all the inspections on the first attempt. He is meticulous about the details. He kept in touch almost daily so that we knew exactly what was going on and when. I would highly recommend Pacific Ocean Builders.
