We recently remodeled our bathroom with them, and are very happy with the results (before and after pictures attached), both wrt the looks and very reasonable prices. We handled plumbing changes with our own plumber, and I bought all visible outfits (tile, tub, faucets, vanities, mirrors) myself they provided demo & haul, built back the shower, tiling, installation of the new vanities and shower door, and also handled the finish and paint . Excellent arrangement for greater control of the budget and timing. Precise Building was our choice precisely for that reason (and the 3-4 week timeline). So, at a reasonable price, the team was able to accommodate a tight schedule, and the workers sent to the house were prompt, responsive, and very attentive to detail (Adalberto and Brandon are superstars in my book ). As all remodels, it didnt go without challenges, but the Precise Building manager Tony and the job manager George personally responded to them in a timely way, making the process and outcome much better than expected. I would definitely recommend & hire them again!

The contractor, Tony, was great with my elderly dad, for whom he was doing a complete bathroom rebuild and some other safety-related projects. Many service professionals don't have the knack for working with much older clients because it requires extra patience but I was impressed with Tony. And then that kind of thing trickles down from the top, so his workers were also very patient and respectful, even when my father would have trouble explaining what he wanted or would go off on tangents.If you are older and concerned about being rushed or disrespected by a contractor, or if you're helping an elderly family member secure this kind of work, I definitely recommend Tony.
