The contractor, Tony, was great with my elderly dad, for whom he was doing a complete bathroom rebuild and some other safety-related projects. Many service professionals don't have the knack for working with much older clients because it requires extra patience but I was impressed with Tony. And then that kind of thing trickles down from the top, so his workers were also very patient and respectful, even when my father would have trouble explaining what he wanted or would go off on tangents.If you are older and concerned about being rushed or disrespected by a contractor, or if you're helping an elderly family member secure this kind of work, I definitely recommend Tony.
