We had our house painted outside with Edan as the project manager and I have to say it was a bigger job than I imagined. The first few days I was worried because there were tarps and ladders everywhere and I wasn’t sure if the color I picked was even the right one. At one point the trim looked off and I thought we made a mistake. Edan kept checking in and told me not to stress, and he was right because once the second coat went on it started to look really good. There were a couple spots that needed touch ups and they had to redo one corner that didn’t come out clean, but they didn’t argue or make excuses, they just fixed it. Now the house looks so much fresher. The color really pops in the sunlight and even though I doubted myself at times, it all came together. Edan made sure the job got finished the right way and I appreciate that.

Last summer we decided it was finally time to redo our old deck that was falling apart, and we went with Silver Hammer Builders. Edan was our project manager and he made the whole thing so much easier than I expected. He walked us through the design, listened to all the little details we wanted like wider steps and built-in seating, and never once made us feel rushed. The crew showed up on time every morning and worked steadily, even when the weather wasn’t great. By the time it was done, the deck looked completely transformed. Now it’s the spot where we spend most evenings, whether it’s just us or when friends come over. Edan checked in regularly, made sure we were happy at every stage, and you could tell he really cared about the end result. Silver Hammer Builders turned what used to be a worn out space into something we’re proud of.

We had our flooring redone with Edan as the project manager and I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure how it would all turn out. Picking the right style was harder than I thought and I kept going back and forth, but Edan was patient and gave me advice without pushing me. There were a couple hiccups, one day the crew showed up later than expected and another time we had to wait on some pieces to come in, but in the end it all worked out. The actual work came out really nice. The floors feel solid and the way they did the edges between rooms looks way better than I imagined. Even little things, like how they cleaned up after each day, made the whole process less stressful for us. Now that it’s finished, I walk into the rooms and just feel like the whole place has been lifted up. The new flooring really changed the vibe of the house. I’m glad Edan was on top of things and made sure we were happy, even when I got picky about the small stuff.

We had new flooring and a BBQ area done with Edan as project manager. A few things didn’t go perfectly materials came late a couple times and the crew ran behind but Edan kept me in the loop and made sure it all got fixed. The floors look great and the backyard BBQ area turned out even better than I expected. Now the house feels fresh and the backyard is actually fun to hang out in.
