Some of these services are room additions, room conversions, kitchen and bathroom remodels, outdoor construction and landscaping, driveway installation and construction of outdoor living spaces, including porches and pergolas. We also provide on site project supervision, design assistance, plumbing, electrical, flooring, window, door and fireplace installation. All administrative tasks are handled by our staff.

We recently completed a major remodeling project with Tulip Remodeling, and while there were some issues that needed to be corrected along the way, the reason we're leaving a positive review is because of our supervisor, Gal.G.
From day one, Gal told us, "No matter what happens, I'm responsible, and I'll make sure everything is done the way you want it, down to every detail." He absolutely kept that promise.
Whenever a problem came up, he took ownership, communicated with us honestly, and stayed on top of every detail until it was resolved. He never made excuses or passed the blame. His professionalism and commitment to doing the job right turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one we ultimately feel good about.

I started with earthquake retrofitting. It was so comfortable to work with the team that I remodeled & refreshed the whole house with them. They understood that I wasn't educated about doing improvements, having just inherited the house. So they took the time to explain options so I could make my own good decisions & was free to research & quiz them at will. I'm pleased with the results and look forward to the next steps the property deserves.

Tulip did a major project for us. We were moving to Los Angeles and had to renovate from afar (NYC). Tulip was amazing. Very patient, organized, professional, and budget-minded. We started the project focused on modifying two bathrooms, but we had so much confidence in Tulip that we expanded the project to include all of our floors (over 5,000 sq feet), another bathroom, doors, our staircases and railings, painting/limewash, and other plumbing items. Would highly recommend and we will use Tulip again. We worked with them without a designer so we also solicited their input along the way to exchange style ideas. They never told us our vision wasn't possible.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is unique to each project's specific requirements. We always do very detailed, in-person assessments to give fair and accurate estimates. Estimates are FREE.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide free phone, and in-home consultations. During these consultations we get an idea of what the client is looking for. We offer advice based on our experience and provide rough pricing. If the estimate fits the client’s budget, we move forward and draft a quote and contract that include a detailed breakdown of the job and the payment schedule. We do not do any verbal agreements.
We employ cloud-based software to communicate with clients and keep them updated on their project, allowing them to see how the project is progressing, and allow them to give us feedback. This process allows us to maintain an open line of communication with the client and ensure satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of construction experience working with big companies that offer regular training.
