The first step is to get to know what the customer wants by asking questions related to their vision. This can be done either by phone or in-person conversation or by filling out a questionnaire with guided questions.

I have completed multiple courses online from adobe Photoshop to Illustrator to In Design. I have spent many hours applying what I learned into projects and constant work.
