- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for architectural plan and engineering for room additions etc.. if client decides to follow through with the project with our company. We offer senior discounts and VA as well, we apply referral fee for any recommendation that we get from existing customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet for an in- house estimate and we offer consultation for their upcoming projects , once we build a design and concept for the project then we start ordering materials , we build materials purchase list as well complete description for the projects scope of work .
