- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ask about our first time customer discount😁 Handyman services in general are a 3 hour minimum guys. Plus a service trip fee Furniture assembly is hourly as well depending the size and count but rest assured customer satisfaction is our priority
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving their job request I like to follow up with them as soon as possible and “schedule a quick call” gather as much information about their request. (e.g pictures, video) once I have all that information I can provide them a solution with a estimated quote for the repairs.
