- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Handyman services in general are a 3 hour minimum guys. Plus a service trip fee Furniture assembly: is hourly plus a service trip fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving their job request I like to follow up with them as soon as possible and “schedule a quick call” gather as much information about their request. (e.g pictures, video) once I have all that information I can provide them a solution with a estimated quote for the repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
