My husband and I would absolutely recommend Jacob and his team! Here’s all the reasons why. I first contacted Jacob a couple of years ago to remove and install new flooring. His excellent reviews on thumbtack gave me a lot of confidence in his company. It wasn’t the right time then for us but I was so impressed with Jacob’s warm personality,knowledge about flooring and the very fair pricing I knew when it was time he would be the one I called. Fast forward two years I reached out and Jacob immediately returned my inquiry for another visit to look over the project. I had picked out a very low-mid grade flooring from floor and decor that I really liked. Jacob came over with a lot of beautiful samples to look over. I was so excited when he showed me a sample of luxury vinyl that was thicker, stronger, and a gorgeous white oak color and MORE AFFORDABLE than what I had found.
**This week the flooring project started and I am so impressed with Jacob and his teams work ethic. They arrived every morning on time and ready to work. we ended up needing new baseboards and Jacob was wonderful in helping us choose what would work and being so fair with the added job. His attention to detail was so appreciated and he was so helpful with things not even a part of the flooring project. Jacob is incredibly easy to work with and I could not be more in love with my new beautiful floors! Thank you Jacob! Use this company for your next home project, you will not regret it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This job is an art. Not everyone can draw a picture ;-) respecting a quote is always appreciated, whether its high, competetive, or low.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process starts off with a phone call, followed by a free in home estimate. After an estimate, if customer would like to work with me, samples of flooring are handed over to customer to choose style, grain, color, thickness etc... then deposit is given, and work is scheduled
