Had a very good experience (so far) with Gizmo. They came on a service call to my current home system that was having issues. I had it installed some years ago and the guy who put it in definitely over complicated it and his follow up service has been awful. Gizmo came out on time and fixed the issue and also offered recommendations for future updates to the system. So far so good. I'll be potentially using them for an upcoming upgrade to my system.

They are Creative in building new systems (Huge or Small systems), solving complicated old systems that are not working, getting them back up and running quickly. Gizmo is always at the cutting edge of Design and Programing. Their technicians are trustworthy, experts at hardware and software, create clean assemblies, and leave the work area pristine. Gizmo has been servicing the home entertainment system in my unit for the past few years. Ive been nothing but impressed. Greg is very responsive, organized, and on the ball. He has made appointments for me in a timely manner, explained the necessary steps for the service request and done everything he can to accommodate my schedule. James is a wizard. He has been in the profession for almost 20 years and knows electronics like the back of his hand. He is patient and truly knows what hes doing. Both Greg and James are extremely kind, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend Gizmo to anyone looking for a custom home system.

Years ago a company built out our A/V system. To say that they screwed it up would be an understatement. Hired Gizmo to review/fix/upgrade and they did an excellent job. Subsequently they came in to install TVs, troubleshoot WiFi, help us connect other devices... They have been OUTSTANDING. Some of the troubleshooting was handled via email or messaging. Other work has been in person. Fairly priced, always crystal clear about what our options are and friendly. I'd hire them again in a second.
