Introduction: I help my clients achieve their goals by accessing their subconscious patterns and beliefs that are negatively affecting their lives and replacing them with positive, empowering thoughts, feelings and behaviors that will allow them to not only get the relief they're looking for but live happier and more fulfilling lives. I also use a modality called Body Mind Imaging along with Hypnotherapy to create positive, healthy inner and outer behaviors to achieve faster and even more powerful results. I work from the outside in and the inside out as a total wholistic approach to manifesting and creating complete health and well being. My motto is "always work with my clients honorably, honestly and professionally to create absolute trust and success". Hypnotherapy is a great way to deal with past issues that are holding you back. In my case, thoughts from the past which brought on guilt and remorse. Using her talent to understand my needs first and then using hypnosis to establish positive thoughts rather than destructive thoughts that kept popping up in my head. It was a great working with Phyllis!! She was so amazing with helping me kick smoking cigarettes aboit a year ago. Which helped spark me quitting all nicotine vapes chew snuss. It was hard and took few sessions but was more the happy with her help. She's just the nicest humble lady with good sense of humor to help keep it light and fun. She's in California and I'm in Michigan and she worked with my traveling work schedule and did all she could to rid me of nicotine!! We used zoom and she did Saturday session anything to help she did!! I literally think of her as a life time friend. I recently reached out to her again to help with my diet some and really just to touch base she how's been tell her how we've been!! Top notch A+++ 110% recommend her for your hypnosis help. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our 1st session is to determine the clients issues and goals by getting as much background information as possible. I give my clients a few tests to determine their level of suggestiblity and the best way they take in information to create hynotic inductions that will work for them. I explain the entire process and then do a hypnotic induction to help them with their presenting issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an honors graduate from The Hypnosis Motivation Institute and a member of the American Hypnosis Association. I am always continuing my education thru the AMA as well as other learning institutions . I also have advanced certification in Guided Therapeutic Imagery and Weight Management.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was in college which was many years ago I took a Self Hypnosis class that I became fascinated with. I was curious about our mind and its unimited powers and potential which lead me to a lifetime of studying our mind/body connection and how we control our selves and our destiny.
