  When it comes to our pricing, we believe in transparency and fairness. Our rates are based on the scope and complexity of the project, and we provide detailed estimates upfront, so there are no surprises along the way. We always aim to give our clients the best value without sacrificing quality. While we don’t typically offer discounts, we focus on providing high-quality craftsmanship that ensures long-term durability and satisfaction, making the investment worthwhile. In terms of fees, we’ll always outline any additional costs before the project begins—whether it’s for permits, materials, or unforeseen issues that might arise during construction. If there are changes to the original plan or unexpected challenges, we’ll communicate those with you right away and adjust the pricing accordingly. Our goal is to be clear about the costs from start to finish, so you can make informed decisions and feel confident throughout the process.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  The process of working with new clients begins with an Initial Consultation, where we offer a free onsite estimate to assess the project’s scope and discuss ideas. Following this, we move into the Planning & Design phase, collaborating closely to develop a custom plan that meets the client's vision and needs. Once the design is finalized, we guide the client through the Permit Process, ensuring all necessary approvals are secured. Finally, the project moves into Project Execution, where we manage construction and implementation, keeping the client informed at every step to ensure a smooth and successful completion.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Our team is fully licensed as general contractors, with all the necessary certifications and training to handle a wide range of construction projects. We have completed comprehensive education and hands-on training in areas such as project management, building codes, safety regulations, and specific construction techniques. This expertise, combined with our contractor's license, ensures that we deliver high-quality results while adhering to industry standards and local regulations.
