He came 1 1/2 hours late with his whole family, including two children. They wandered back and forth from the front yard to the back yard. The timer box in the back yard was not secured well and tilted. The broken pipe he wanted to charge more even though I had mentioned it for the quote the day before. It did not feel professional with all the family sitting down, etc.
