Sami Toussi Coaching is comprised of strategic action, motivation and accountability coaching.
My coaching programs help you transcend obstacles and beliefs that limit your potential, enabling you to create from a place of love rather than fear. It’s all about finding your spark and pursuing things that will make you excited to wake up every day. It’s about seeing work as an opportunity to live in your purpose.
Work will begin to feel like playful experimentation, projects stop being scary and start looking like adventures, failures look like valuable experiences, and success is just the remnants of a beautiful process, not the end goal. It’s about turning fears into positive outcomes and failures into valuable experiences. I have worked over a thousand hours as a career and life coach. I’ve helped clients through career transitions, land dream careers, embark on entrepreneurial journeys, launch businesses, write books, feel more confident in public speaking, improve relationships, and much more.
I use visualization techniques and positive affirmations to help my clients find the motivation within and make solid practical plans. In my coaching practice, I use the psychology of motivation to shift thoughts such as “I’m not ready to do that.” to “I can do it and I want to do it.” If you want to tap into your full potential, then let me help you get started and set yourself up for success.

Coaching isn’t always an exact science. But when done well, it brings objective, measurable results.
My studies began with a BA from UCLA. Later , pursing my passion, I earned Board-Certification in Life Coaching from the famous Tony Robbin’s Strategic Interventionist School and Life & Executive Coach Training Program.
Obtaining the best possible coaching tools has helped me create concrete, actionable strategies that are proven to help people find focus and gain clarity.
• Empathy and Insight
As a first generation American, I learned early on how to relate to people from all walks of life. Positive psychology is a central part of my coaching strategy. It helps me take a compassionate but analytical approach to any problem. Once a female leader in a male-dominated industry, I am also able to help women build confidence, become more resilient, and stay courageous in the workforce.
