- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe that a holistic method of coaching and consulting is the most effective. I customized each client's action plan depending on his or her need and don’t believe in taking on clients that I cannot help. Here is what you will expect: 1. Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment: This process is a bit lengthy but necessary to create a plan that can produce rapid results. The more I know about you and what goals you are looking to achieve, the more the picture and goals become clearer. The assessment is done digitally and through a phone conversation. 2. Customized Plan: After gathering all the necessary data, you are then given a strategic plan customized to your exact needs. The plan could include coaching sessions, access to your online client portal and other program resources if necessary. 3. Program Begins: Once a decision is made on the desired plan, we begin the journey towards getting results!

Clients can expect to receive a personalized Strengths Insight Report, an Action-Planning Guide, and a web-based Strengths Community.
