I had a great experience with Master Key Locksmith. I was contacted right away after booking my appointment, and Yakir talked me through his thoughts on the repair of my balcony door's locking mechanism. He arrived same day to give his assessment and was able to go out and purchase the part and install it later that day. He was very thoughtful and respectful in his communications and the job was completed quickly and done well. I will definitely be reaching out the next time I need a locksmith

Mike came and redid our locks after moving. He was on time, communicated well, and worked efficiently. He didn’t try to upcharge us, and when we had buyers remorse and decided we DID want the fancier locks, he quickly came back the next day to change them out. Very happy with the result, and glad to have a reliable locksmith we can count on.

Locksmith was extremely knowledgeable about the complex issues with our door installation. He made sensible recommendations that assisted us in making some decisions to make the installation process work better. We are quite pleased with his work. He was quick, tidy and meticulous. He also assisted us with the programming of the smart lock. The new lock has definitely enhanced our home security. We will definitely call him again

They were very responsive to my last minute appointment request. Even though the day didn’t go as planned and his prior appointment ran very late, the locksmith communicated and was very apologetic for running late. Even though he arrived later on the day he swapped out the lock for me and did not charge because of the lateness. I am very appreciative that he still came and did the job and did not cancel
