I suddenly found myself in need of a locksmith when the front door deadbolt became jammed. It was the first weekend of the new year and mid afternoon so I was not sure hat anyone would get back to me to address this urgent matter. I sent out the request and within 10 minutes got the response advising that he could be there in 30 minutes. Arrival time was prompt, problem assessed and quoted and problem solved in less than 30 mins. He also accepted Venmo so payment was a snap! I would definitely use their services again.

Great work and very communicative throughout the entire process. I was able to understand the problem, got options on how to fix it and decided. I will continue using MS Locksmith for sure.

Roy was awesome and ensured all locks were functional before leaving. He was extremely professional and punctual.
