I have a storm door has a 3 way locking system on one handle. The bottom lock would not allow the door to open. Alon arrived on scheduled time and was very professional. He found the problem within minutes, got the door open and removed the defective lock. I was extremely pleased with the company and their follow-ups. I would definately call them, next time i need a locksmith.
