- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
— BRIDAL AND EVENT PRICING — *Lashes are FREE with makeup services! All Makeup Artists come with a variety to choose from! Bridal Party Hair and Makeup Bundles Bride $240 Bridesmaids/Moms/Guests $200 Trial $200 Bridal Party Hair OR Makeup Only Bride $140 Bridesmaids/Moms/Guests $120 Trial $120 Bride Only, NO Bridal Party Hair and Makeup Bundle $300 Hair OR Makeup Only $160 All Other Events/Wedding Guests - No Bride Hair and Makeup Bundle $200 Hair OR Makeup Only $120 — AIRBRUSHING — There is a $20 charge per person to add airbrushed foundation. — HAIR EXTENSIONS — There is a $20 charge per person for adding clip-in hair extensions to the styling. We do not provide the extensions. Must be HUMAN HAIR and CLIP-IN extensions. Synthetic will melt and does not pin/style well. — TRAVEL — Los Angeles/Orange County: $10 per stylist for up to 15 miles $20 per stylist for 15-25 miles San Diego: $10 per stylist for up to 20 miles $20 per stylist for 21-40 miles — GRATUITY — There is a 10% mandatory gratuity, which is added to your invoices (final totals are viewable before payment). Added gratuity may be paid directly to your artists' day-of. — DEPOSIT — A 40% deposit is required to hold your date and time slot. Your remaining payment is charged 2 days prior to the service date. *Deposits are non-refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Submit a booking form on our website. 2. Upon submission, we will check artist availability and match you with the best available based on your location, requests, and needs. 3. After we confirm the artist(s), we will send you a 40% deposit invoice from Square to finalize. You will also receive a second email from us with instructions/notes. At this time, you will be notified of exact travel costs (if any) before completing along with the profile(s) of your artist(s). If everything looks great, please pay the deposit. 4. You are all set! We will send you a confirmation email with all the appointment details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on the team is a certified or licensed cosmetologist/esthetician/makeup artist with advanced training and continuous workshops.
