- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on frequency, location and number of hours. It will be either a flat rate or hourly rate. This will be a mutual decision between myself and the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What type of business? How many employees (if any)? How many accounts (bank and credit card)? How frequently are you looking for assistance? Is this one time or ongoing? What are you looking for specifically?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College educated, 18+ years of hands-on experience, Quickbooks Pro Advisor, Quickbooks Certified.
