FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Client needs are the top priority. As a consultant, the first thing we do is layout a plan to solve problems by increasing revenue. Every business has customers with different needs, and the CPA of any client or customer is going to be different based off a plethora of variables. Our pricing is determined by the actions necessary to achieve success in solving our clients problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Understand everything about the business. Pain points and deep analysis (operational processes, finances, competitive market and characteristics, data, performance, personell.) 2. Create a plan to work together. Specify desired results, goal & realistic time frame, process, and additional proprietary information. 3. Formalize agreement and receive payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Launchpadds team is lean, our network is not. We collaborate and learn from the best. I'd bet the people doing the work have collaborated with companies like Disney, National Geographic, Netflix, the NFL, or at least Food Network, but also worked with startups & SMB's. Most of our team has at least an undergraduate degree, but real lessons come with experiences. One of the copywriters on our team never went to college, but writes and manages emails for an online coach who sells at least $100k in training courses every month (350k last year on Black Friday). The question is always difficult to answer because our work is done behind the scenes ("in house") so clients can maintain desired public image. You don't hear lawyers talk often about clients. Consulting and marketing is no different.
