Robb P. says, "I initially contacted this company for a same-day HVAC repair and appreciated their prompt response and lack of a diagnostic fee. Because the technician did not have the required part, I scheduled another appointment and paid a deposit towards the estimated repair costs. For reasons beyond my control I had to cancel the appointment. I was told the deposit was non-refundable, despite no prior disclosure of such a policy. While they eventually agreed to issue a refund, it took 7 days and multiple follow-up reminders before the funds were returned. Although the initial service was professional, the lack of transparency regarding the deposit and the difficulty in recovering it were disappointing."See more

They aced a repair in an hour that another company had half-ass fixed for much more. Very reasonable price. He's a young new business owner with no reviews that I can find so I'm trying to send him some business (818) 355-7788"See more
