Wow you talk about MVP for Sano Patrick H is your technician!Patrick is truly an expert delivering 5 star expertise.Patrick H is excellent representative linked to product knowledge causes and solutions.Patrick H is hard working being efficient with customers time needs and brings with him on the service call, great enthusiasm and can do approach all while connecting with me the customer, advising where problem is located and best plan to get system back up and running at best levels.Patrick H as great and good as he is looks at little things like how vents are pointing while this is small issue it impacts system efficiency however giving a big win.Thank you Patrick H

After meeting with Anthony from Sano, we were confident that we were dealing with an honest and reputable company with very knowledgeable representatives, and we were given a very reasonable estimate for replacing our central a/c system. So, though we'd talked with other companies, we decided to go with Sano. The very next morning, Noel, Jacob, and Tyler showed up with our new system. They were friendly and respectful, and they really knew their stuff. They worked carefully and efficiently, and by the end of the afternoon, our 86-degree home was a comfortable 70 degrees again. We want to send out a huge thank you to Anthony, Noel, Jacob, and Tyler. They did a stellar job, made the project a pleasant experience, and we're extremely pleased with the result. To my mind, the outstanding quality of Sano's personnel speaks volumes about their company's leadership, and I can't recommend the folks at Sano highly enough.

I had an excellent experience with this veteran-owned HVAC company. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and straightforward. When our old system needed to be replaced, they gave us clear options without trying to upsell or push anything unnecessary. We received a quote from a company we have used before and I did not like the way they were trying to get me to spend a lot of money. But when Darron from Sano gave us our free estimate, he was polite, knowledgeable, and never once tried to upsell usjust gave us clear, honest options that fit our needs. The team (Pedro R. and Mike S.) showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right before they left. Its rare these days to find a company that values integrity and quality service like they do.I also had the chance to speak with Patrick the owner, and he was a great guyfriendly, genuine, and clearly takes pride in running a company built on integrity. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, skilled professionals for HVAC work!

The summary of my review is Do not judge a book by its cover.I had a plumbing issue and called several companies for the job. Almost everyone either gave me a high inspection cost or free inspection with huge work quote. I literally passed on Sano Heating & Air Conditioning several times only because I read the name and thought wonder if they are good in plumbing. Man I was wrong (Never judge a book by its cover) ! These folks attended to my call and fixed the issue is total of 4hrs and at an extremely competitive price. My plumbing job was not huge but the level of customer service and actual onsite work ethics was exceptional. Ryan, my technician explained me in detail what he was doing to fix the issue and how to maintain it for future. Really appreciated his frank and honest approach. I would highly recommend them for plumbing jobs as well. And now I have a great reference for heating and air!
