- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a small company our pricing is set year-round, and worth every of your dollars. We work with clients that might need help with a time limits issue and work hard to reach the limit safely. Fees only become added to total if extra materials are requested. most recurring clients are granted discounts or special package pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
new clients are processed with essential questions about the move and items. We then review discuss and develop best plan, then check back with client. Once all plans are okayed and date is set, we schedule and move forward. The movers will do the best job possible during the move securing and transporting until the job is complete. they review the move with client and process payment, hopefully all is well and our client will be happy and eager to call us back for their next move!
