FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and fully compliant with California notary public laws. Notarial acts are charged at the state-mandated rate, with a separate mobile notary travel fee based on distance, time, and urgency. I provide clear, upfront quotes for all mobile notary services in Los Angeles County and Orange County. Discounts may be available for multiple signatures, seniors, veterans, and repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts me, I confirm the document type, number of signatures, appointment location, and preferred time. I then provide a quote and schedule the appointment. As a mobile notary public near you, I travel to homes, offices, hospitals, or other locations. At the appointment, I verify valid photo ID and complete the notarization accurately and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Morehouse College and am an NNA-Certified California Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent. My training includes loan document notarization, real estate signings, identity verification, and compliance. I stay current with California notary laws and best practices.
