- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel fees are the lowest when traffic is the lightest. Heavy traffic means more time spent, so whenever possible book your appointment when time is on your side. Our minimum travel fee is $60 dollars. Inquire about volume discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To book your appointment, we'll need three things: - your name - a telephone number - meeting address We'll confirm your appointment time and any fees for the services you requested. Appointments can be rescheduled/cancelled up to 6 hours before your appointment time. To complete your appointment, we need a valid form of ID. Or two adults with ID, who personally know you and will swear under oath that you are, in fact, who you say you are. CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING It is our policy that clients are responsible for 100% of the mobile fee if they cancel with less than 6 hours notice, or no-show to their appointment. WAIT TIME We are also pleased to offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. We charge for wait time when the grace period concludes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am commissioned by the California Secretary of State; and have completed several continuing education programs related to the nuances of notarizing loan documents and estate planning documents. I am an NNA-certified notary signing agent.
