What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are comparable to other notaries. I am fare and willing to work with my clients in order to get the job done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is established, I like to confirm with the client exactly what type of service is needed and ensure that they will have all of the necessary documents at the time of the meeting. Lastly, when the date, time, and location are set, I inform the client of what are the acceptable forms of identification to confirm identity.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by and affiliated with the National Notary Association.
