Introduction: Bonjour à tous, recently arrived in Los Angeles from Paris, France with over 18 years of experience in fine dining all over the world from Paris, San Francisco, London UK , Strasbourg France.
After 3 successful years with my own private chef company back home in Paris, I decided to restart here in the city of Angels, to share my vision of cooking with the amazing Californian produce.
I propose exclusively fine dining experiences, with Mediterranean influences, seafood focused.
In Paris, food is the center piece of our lives, it’s our culture, our identity, i want you to feel that in my cuisine and connect to it, the smell, the flavors, the textures. My goal is to give my customers memories.
