I classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London, where I also worked for Marco Pierre White at his Michelin Star restaurant L’Escargot. On returning to Los Angeles, I saw a need for clean, quality foods and turned to personalized dining, incorporating individual tastes and dietary needs balanced against my clients longterm goals for a healthy and happy lifestyle. I create delicious and rewarding meals using only the freshest organic ingredients sourced from local farmers markets. All of my meals are individually planned, prepared, packaged and delivered directly to you. My goal is to take the challenge out of eating well on a busy schedule. My one on one approach with my clients fills the gap left by larger commercial food delivery services, bringing food and nutrition back to a personal customized experience.
