FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge straight hours so clients can go at their own pace and peel off a little or a lot. If they just want to start with one small room and budget a certain number of hours, they can do that without committing to a big, full scale. They’re free to take it in pieces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish the scope. Examine the space/take measurements, establish priorities. Phase 1 exploration and mood board. Phase 2 Hone in and present options (do the shop). Phase 3 Select pieces. Install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Design certificate program UCLA. Work for Woodson & Rummerfield’s House of Design. I’ve assisted designers and worked on my own in both residential and corporate spaces (as well as model units and staging.)
