- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on many variables; We will need to ask some questions about each individual project before we can price it out, so please be patient in this process. We really wish our service were easier to price, if we could post a pricing system on our website we would.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically process is a consultation over the phone, and email. Then a written estimate, with a scope of work. Once approved we can pick-up the project and add it to queue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
